Sample contest

You know how it went

You have run a contest before. You know where it stalls.

Where time usually gets lost, and what changes with EngAgent.

At a shop counter, a customer seen from behind pays for groceries while the clerk holds the payment terminal.

Too many players

UsuallyAgency, software, law firm, notary: each with its own deadlines, and someone in the middle having to play go-between.

With EngAgentOne partner, from the request to the contest going live.

Long lead times

UsuallyWeeks disappear between one handover and the next, and the promotion starts when the moment has passed.

With EngAgentLive in a few days. The only thing to bring is the content.

Old channels

UsuallyPostcard, entry form, sign-up page: your customers already have their phone in hand.

With EngAgentEntries come from your systems, your app or WhatsApp, and the mechanics combine in the same contest.

Integrations

UsuallyConnecting the contest to the site, the app or the CRM takes months of development, and there are few ways to do it.

With EngAgentDedicated site, chatbot, web components, API and webhooks: pick how to integrate it, without long projects.

Costs

UsuallyEvery extra supplier is an extra handover, and every handover carries its own markup.

With EngAgentOne supplier instead of four: fewer handovers, fewer mark-ups.

How it works

From request to live, in a few days

The content is your part. Market3rs sets up the contest, and on the start date it goes live by itself.

Goals

The platform runs the contest. The strategy stays yours.

Entries, checks, wins and reserves run by themselves: the time is left for deciding what the contest should achieve. For every goal there is the right mix of tools.

  • Bring customers back

A reason to come by every day, or with every shop.

Mechanics

Mechanics that combine

The contest types the platform runs, each with its own rules. Switch them on alone or together, in the same contest.

  • Instant win

Players know right away whether they won. Odds and prizes are set in the configuration.

  • Final draw

When the contest ends, winners are drawn for each prize, with reserves in order.

  • Rush & Win

The entry that lands in the set position wins, up to the winner cap.

  • Guaranteed prize

A prize for every participant, while stocks last.

  • Advent calendar

One door a day, with that day’s prizes.

With the right configuration, several mechanics run in the same initiative: for example an instant win on every play and a final draw at the close.

Channels

Where your customers are

Entries come first of all from your systems: purchases and loyalty cards through the API or data flows, with nothing extra asked of participants. Then the app, the site and the WhatsApp chat. Same contest, same rules.

From your systems, through the API

Purchases, loyalty cards and sign-ups arrive through the API or data flows: buying is entering. In the app and on the site there is also the embeddable entry form, in your brand’s colours and fonts.

On WhatsApp, in chat

Participants message the contest chatbot with a code, or with a photo of the receipt. The answer arrives in the chat, win notice included.

And when needed, the receipt

Where till data does not reach, the receipt photo is read with AI and checked against the contest rules: store, date, amount, products.

Prizes on WhatsApp or by email

Winners get the notice and the prize on WhatsApp or by email, as the contest sets out.

Integration

Into your channels, the way you need

The contest connects to what you already have, or starts from scratch with a site of its own. The options combine: pick what you need, without long integration projects.

In your brand identity

Everything participants see is customised to your brand identity: colours, fonts, logo and copy, from the dedicated site to the web components, all the way to the win confirmation page.

Legal

A contest that complies, with nobody to chase

Two parts working together: the platform provides the tools that make every step verifiable, Market3rs handles the legal advice and the paperwork.

A cart loaded with boxes stands in a supermarket aisle, seen from behind, between blurred shelves.

EngAgent: the tools

They are built into the platform and work by themselves, no request needed.

  • Reproducible drawThe draw engine starts from a seed and always gives the same result: whoever audits it can run it again and verify it.
  • Certificates with hashEvery draw and every win confirmation produces a PDF certificate with its digital fingerprint: if the content changes, the fingerprint no longer matches.
  • Reserves that step inIf a winner does not confirm in time, the first reserve steps in, with a new deadline and a record of each step.
  • Prize acceptanceWinners confirm from a personal link, on a form in your brand’s colours and before the set deadline.
  • Evidence for auditsActivity log, full exports of entries and winners, password-protected report.

FAQ

The questions that come before the demo

Where a fact is not confirmed yet, we say so instead of guessing.

How long until we are online?

The contest is set up on the platform within a few days of the request. What weighs most is how ready the prizes, images and texts are: those come from you. The legal paperwork follows its own times.

How long does the ministry paperwork take?

Market3rs handles it. We give you the timing and deadlines when we define the contest together, and put them in the calendar from the start.

Who handles the legal side?

Market3rs: the rules, the notary or official and the notice to the ministry.

What does the legal service include?

The rules, the notary or official and the notice to the ministry. Any guarantees the contest requires, we work out together when we define it.

Which channels can people enter from?

On WhatsApp, with the contest chatbot, and in your app or site. Prizes arrive on WhatsApp or by email.

Does it integrate with our app and our CRM?

Yes, through integration. Entries arrive from the app through the API or the embeddable form, and data goes out to the CRM with export and webhooks. Details are set in configuration.

Where is the data hosted?

In the European Union.

Who is controller and who is processor?

The company running the contest is the controller of the participants’ data; Market3rs is the processor.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the mechanics, the channels and the legal service needed. With a single supplier there are fewer steps and fewer mark-ups; the proposal is built on the contest you have in mind, starting from the demo.
